U2 - One

'One' is one of U2's most famous and most popular songs.It was recorded in Berlin and can be found on the album 'Achtung Baby'.

We have designed some material that teachers can use to develop a wide variety of skills in the classroom. Learners can predict what the song is about from the cover of the single. They can listen to the song, discuss different interpretations of the meaning of the words and then watch the members of the group talking about the song from a documentary about the band.

Learners can also watch and comment on the different videos that were produced for the song, storyboard their own alternative video and discuss their thoughts and opinions around music in general.
