This course focuses on how teachers and trainers can foster and develop short and long term motivation and desire for learning both inside and outside the classroom. The course brings together a wide variety of strategies and techniques from different approaches including multiple and emotional intelligence, behavioural and personality assessment tools, NLP and coaching.

The sessions will follow a workshop format and will be challenging yet highly interactive, fun and of immediate classroom application.
