Coaching for Teachers, Trainers & Educators

Coaching-for-Teachers1Coaching is a powerful, thought-provoking, collaborative, and creative process that inspires great results where the coach in conversation, partners with the client to maximise their personal and professional potential. How will this course make a difference to me?

  • reconnect to your sense of vocation and what's really important to you and for you in teaching
  • take more effective action, feel more productive and enjoy your teaching more
  • increase your communication skills and develop better relationships at home and at work
  • motivate and empower your learners in innovative ways, support them to make choices and decisions for themselves and learn to be personally responsible and autonomous

Coaching is not only a developmental process, but an evolutionary one as well. With a coach you can learn how to be more effective and accomplish more with less effort – this is the developmental aspect of coaching. However, as you go through the coaching process, you will also be thinking differently and expanding yourself and your world, and we can call this evolving. Therefore ‘a coach approach’ to teacher training and development not only focuses on what you do in the classroom, but more importantly, who you are when you are with your learners and in your daily life as well.

As a result of doing this course, you will feel revitalised, re-energised and re-invigorated.

What makes this course so special?

The innovative course is the right fit for you because...

  • the learning is experiential. The learning is from the inside out, you will learn by doing and by reflecting on the experience.
  • not only will you be learning core coaching skills, but you will also be going through a coaching process. You will inevitably evolve and grow as an educational professional and as a person.
  • you will have the opportunity to experience exactly what your learners and clients are going to experience. You will have a greater sense of understanding others and of what it means to be coached.
  • you will be part of a unique, supportive, and creative community of teachers, trainers, and educators highly motivated by having an impact on the wider educational community.
